should i add a leaf?

My truck rides nice and high in the back, but the front sits low, i was wondering how much an add a leaf kit would cost and how hard would it be to install.

Only if you want a stiffer ride. If its a SD: If you want height but no additional travel get a mini spring pack 2"..not the ebay crap and a adj track bar to recenter the axle.
You could also use a set of hangers 2, 3 or 4.5"..again no ebay crap and a adj track bar.You would gain travel but would need new shocks..Bilsteins.
Other option is X code springs..2" lift and still a good ride quality..track bar needed and shocks

If its a OBS..seems to be from your pic...need to know if its a F250 or F350.
