where do the manufacturers measure shocks?
when looking to buy shocks, when the manufacturer gives collapsed/extended lengths, are they taking these measurements from center eyelet to center eyelet? I would assume so but the measurements I need seem to be alot bigger then most of the shocks I am looking at and I only have an 8" lift
