putting together lift kit

on my 02 psd cc i have a 6'' lift and I am getting a some 8" leaf springs and 4 or 5 inch hangers. i know i will need shocks and all that but my question is where to i get a brake line extension kits and which part of my drive shaft needs to be lengthend? im assuming that justt a carrier bearing drop will not be enough.i have read on other posts that this typically costs around 150 bucks? anything else im missing?

thanx,
randy

So, you'll be around 12-13" of lift?

If so, you'll also need to do crossover steering and relocate your trac bar.
