WTB: Stock F350 rear lift blocks

I'm trying to find a set of stock 3.5" rear lift blocks from an F350 to put into my 2003 F250 with the 2.5" ones. Not sure what years will fit, let me know what ya got

I think that would be a little too much for me. I've got a 4 inch leaf pack in the front and a 1" add-a-leaf in the back. Back end appears to sag from certain angles so I just want to add another inch or so back there. Thanks.
