Talking Another Happy Customer.

Order alot of expensive stuff from Raul monday. Some it got here yesterday, still waiting for the rest. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy add ons from for your truck. He got me a great deal on my new gauges and pod. Let ya know when the rest arrives. Again thanks Raul. Glad you are on the Org.

Hope you didn't order DiPricol gauges from him. If you did, good luck.

Nothing wrong with the gauges. Had a problem getting them and didn't have the greatest customer service. Took over 6 weeks.

just FYI

first time around he got the right ones but they were defective from the factory.... sent those back and i ordered a new set and they shipped them wrong... told him the black ones he wanted were going to be backordered. both were not my fault... so yah it took 6 weeks be he stopped communicating with me and just called direct to the company that i was getting the from instead of waiting for me to get answers from them directly. I could of got the issue resolved but he didnt want to wait. I feel i did everything i could have.. since they were being drop shipped their is not a whole lot that is in my control if they decided to F things up.

either way he ended up waiting since they were backordered...

I have to say that I have dealt with Raul on quite a few things as has my wife. He has always returned every email/PM and recently call. I bought a set of gauges from him and the EGT didn't work. Even though it was a few months later he still made it right for me. Of all of the companies that I have dealt with, not just truck related, Raul has by far and away the best customer service.

I would have been perfectly happy waiting for you to take care of the problem. But when I PM'd you the tracking info for the first set I sent back, I had to send 3 more PM'S to get you to reply. All I wanted was info about what was going on which I never got. And yes, I did call the company direct, but you told me that you didn't know who I had been talking to, that you were getting them from someone else even after I checked the address you gave me and found that I was shipping them to the company you supposedly didn't order them from. I'm not saying it is all your fault, but not communicating with me after I sent the first set back is.

I will also mention that they were not on backorder because of the paint issue, so you need to check with your supplier and talk to them and figure out why they are feeding you a line of crap.
