hid conversion

Hey raul i am thinking about upgrading to hid's and had a few questions. i was reading in someone elses post that you can get hid high and low. what would a kit like that cost? factory fogs? I also have a set of spot lights, with h3 bulbs in them, is it possible to convert those? again price? and do i need to run extra wires and such? I thought i might order the headlight set first and see how i like them and maybe as money permits upgrade the rest. Thanks for any help and your insight will be much appreciated
