TW chip - recommended positions

One last decision before ordering a TW chip - what positions to get? I recently installed guages, 4" turbo back and DIY air on my 99.5 F250, 6 speed manual, 4X2, stock tires, 230K miles, Luk clutch.

I'm primary looking for top MPG. I tow a 5K boat/trailer 150 miles a dozen times a year. I use the truck daily to commute to work 35 miles highway each way. I would like to try a higher HP setting for some fun. Just don't want to latter wished I had ordered that extra position after the fact.
