how do you pay for your order when u click order under payment option?

i placed a order for HID Kit and under the payment option i hit order and clicked order at the bottom of the page thinking i could punch in my credit card number and i said my order has been processed and the status is open? and idea what the hell i did wrong? thanks, cory
