Talladega

My gosh did yall see this race yesterday. It was a good exciting race to the end.

Although I am against what Brad did and I think he could have avoided the causing of the wreck at the end. But my gosh Carl "Ricky Bobby" Edwards running to the finish line to say he finished.

The big one happened early, and then again later in the race. But the worse wreck sending 7 fans injured to seek medical attention happened on the front stretch coming out of turn 4 heading for the checker.

That was a good race to watch. I always like watching the super speedway of Talladega.

I think the Keslowski did what he had to do to win. Edwards left the bottom open for a second and he took it. Edwards even said he would have done the same thing. But yeah it was a great race.

I don't think Brad would have won the drag race to the finish. He was barely inside Carls rear corner when the wreck happened. It could have been a bad spotting by Carl's spotter. By angle the spotter for Carl may thought that Brad was not that far into Carl's rear corner.

But I truely don't think Brad would have won the race to the finish.

I guess Carl will think about moving up and then down to block another driver next time. Brad could not go down any further w/o crossing the double yellow. You of all people on here should know that you can't cross a double yellow line.
And any race that the rainbow warrior hits a wall is a good race...lol

Brad pulled a veteran move an a veteran, fake high stay low, If nascar can enhance the double yellow line rule that might not have happened, what a finish though fans will be talking about this for a while.

What really got me is how they compared this to 87 with Allisson. But what happened to Allisson was a lot worse then Carl. Heck when Allisson wrecked like that the race was red flagged for 2 hours and 38 minutes.
