on the main league page, there is a blue wording at the top that says "go to life draft room" or something of that nature right at the top of the white

go in, see if by searching the players list if you can improve your roster, or make a trade with someone else that will help you and he needs the player....

Also, you need to set your week one starting roster since not all the players you have on your team score points for you each week, some are bench players...
