Spartan Forums Registration Question

I have been trying to find out how to register on the Spartan forums. I cant find a registration link anywhere. Am I just blind, or is there a different way to register on there?

I have some question about my parameters that I can veiw, and why I only have about 26 of them.

I believe you have to email them due to the amount of spammers they were getting.
