Spartan ??

This question is for the Spartan guys...thought it would be easier to post here then by sending an e-mail.

I purchased a Phalanx module through Hi-Performance Diesel and wanted to see if I can get an update from Spartan directly. I purchased it back on September 22nd and I sent in the disclaimer directly to Spartan on September 23rd. I'm trying to find out if I will have the module and files by October 23rd since I will be going out to the Imperial Sand Dunes (Glamis) and wanted to test out the 210 tune going up Oldsmobile Hill. My order # through HPD is #144 name purchased under is Enrique Mendoza.

Thanks!

You will probably have to contact Hi-Performance directly for an exact answer. It all depends how they order them from Spartan whether they have your info or not.

Also, I moved this into Spartan's forum area to get Matt's attention a little better.

Thanks! I have contacted HPD and they call Matt to get the answer so I wanted to go directly to the source and see if he has an answer. Gets a little frustrating when you read on forums that guys are getting their tuners 1-2 weeks later and so far I'm on week 3 and counting. I guess you can say I've learned my lesson on ordering from a 3rd party instead of directly from the source

Gotcha...Then hopefully Matt will check in here soon enough. He is pretty good at least checking in.

Or you can send him an email through here from his profile page...about half way down on the right of the page....

I did it due to it being easier since I ordered it off their website. I tried calling and couldn't get through @ Spartan and the times I called I couldn't leave a VM. I tried e-mailing but didn't get a reply. I don't want to bother him or bug him since I know they're very busy over there. Would I do it again...NO! On some threads members say they are getting their Phalanx shipped out within a few days or even 1-2 weeks later. So if I was to do this again I would've of just kept calling until I was able to leave a voicemail.
