Spartan Phalanx with 6.0 - big issues and no service

I purchased my Phalanx / Dashdaq tuner in May for use with my 05 6.0....

Have received two tunes so far - the agressive street economy and a towing tune.

I'm still waiting on my third tune - Hybrid Race...(I bought the thing in May)

And - my truck is not performing 1/2 as well as it did with my cheap crappy Bully Dog Power Pup downloader...

It's sloppy power, the tranny shifts very weird and it's not snappy.

The truck is throwing no codes - and it runs fine when I push it back to stock

I do have dual maganaflow exhausts (no cat) - and I have noticed the turbo does not spool as quick as it did but still the truck is not performing.

Will Spartan send some modified tunes - or should I try to get a refund...

Just my $.02, but if you haven't talked to the folks at Spartan offline first, I'd give them a call. Personally, I wouldn't try to resolve things through the forum unless you've exhausted all other means. I haven't heard too many bad things about them and they might be able to figure out what's going on. Could be something simple like mismatched strategies.

You should at least give them a call and if needed leave them a voicemail if no one answers. They do return their calls. It may take a bit before they do but they will get back with you. There have been updates to the 6.0L product, if I am not mistaken. Give them a chance to make it right, I am sure they will do what they can to take care of you.
