Working on who's sled and all that. Here's a little more info: The thought is that we would like to see 100 trucks. The pull would most likely be in late July at the indoor arena in Wauchula, because of rain that time of year. Also might do some advertising on the local country radio station. We talked about having 4 classes. 1. Stock. Any truck that has a stock exhaust system would fall in this class regardless of chips or whatever. No Nitrous allowed on any trucks. 2. Modified Street. Any truck that is street legal with a current registration and insurance could pull in this class regardless of mods. 3. Super Diesel. Anyone with any mods could pull in this class. 4. Work Stock. Trucks weighing over 8,000 lbs would pull here. Classes 1,2 and 3 would have a 8,000 lb limit. All truck's would be limited to a 26" hitch height and have a standard receiver type hitch. Truck's not meeting any of these requirements could pull for exhibition only. Hook fees will most likely be $30 per class. Payout will be 3 places and based on the number of trucks. Any Ideas or suggestions would be appreciated. |

Are you gonna try and get added money for bigger payouts?? How about no drugs (propane nitrous water/meth) except for Super Diesel class. And as for the stock class what do you mean stock exhaust? Complete as from factory or just factory downpipe and then straight pipe? I dont think it would be very fair if I put my stock exhaust back on and pull in all the classes, know what I mean?

oh yes if its in wachula then i will definatly be there, and i can prolly get a few more trucks to go with me again like last time. those classes and regulations suit me perfecty i wish that the current sled pullin crew would have some classes like that. just my opinion tho but the tuff trucks crew used to have a roller compactor thing there that would go over the track and compact it down after each pass, along witht the usual grader/ leveler. i just was thinkin it makes for a more far competition cuz the lst truck would have roughly the same track to pull on as the first truck did. tj can atest to this cuz in the last pull in wachula there was a large soft spot near the end of the track and thats were almost everybody stopped and made it worse every pull.
