Lost a best friend last night...

Don't know why i am posting this but just wanted to talk about it to someone...its eatin me up sorta...
I lost a great friend last night, found out about it this afternoon.
Some of you had the pleasure to meet him at my house last summer at our first Sooner Powerstrokers meet. He came over to get one of his horses to ride that afternoon - his horses were pastured at my place - and he talked with us all for awhile as we sat on the patio getting to know each other...Tracy (Mrs stroker~X) and him had a good time hamming it up and giving each other chit. When he returned from his ride, we laughed about how he was wet from head to toe from taking his horse through a pond.
He rode over one afternoon last summer on his new motorcycle..... last night he died riding that cycle.
He was 35 years old with a beautiful wife and a 7 year old angel daughter named Cheyenne.

thanks all... Mark was golden....i have met alot of people and had alot of friends...some come and some go but Mark was golden. He didn't deserve to go yet.

Sorry to post such a morbid thread.

If you have a cycle and a child, you really should rethink your prioritues. I told this to Mark but he wouldn't listen. That girl will never forget this day.

I just saw him last Sunday at the local hole in the wall bar while we watched football...never entered my mind that was the last time i would shake his hand.
