Winter Storm?

Well, we all know how the TV weather-guessers are whenever there's a
cloud in the sky or a drop on the ground.

Looks like the end of the world for Oklahoma, according to the TV.
We're getting rain and a little ice right now down near Lexington.
Just wondering what the rest of you are seeing?

It is sleeting here in Lawton. Not the storm of the century the news said it would be. They think we will have 5"s of snow by tonight but I dont see it happening.

Well, just got back from the gas station. Filled the diesel, and filled 3
6-gal gas containers for the generator. Started up the generator to make
sure it would start if I needed it, and ran it for about 10-15 minutes.

Roads are bad out here, but OK with 4wd (as I found out after I wound
up in the other lane in 2wd ).
Saw a mini-van on its side on the far side of a ditch. Sucks to be
them today.

Y'all have a good Christmas eve, and be safe!

A three fatality accident in Sand Springs. What's odd is that it was between a Chevy Cobalt and a Hummer, and the Hummer looks worse than the Cobalt but all three deaths were in the Cobalt.
