Farrell Trailer Sales......

Hey guys, just wanted to let any of you okie's that are involved in horses to beware of doing business with farrell trailer sales in okc. They owe me 11,000.00 dollars and cant pay due to his bank accounts being locked due to him defaulting on loans.

Yeah he is shady guy for sure! I had my trailer on consignment at his lot and he sold it and kept the money. I reported it stolen today!

Yeah it does suck. The thing im worried about is if he files for bankruptcy im SOL. Im trying to firgure out who he sold it to so I can get in contact with them and have them stop payment on the funds and just re write me the check.

Hope you find out soon man. Have you talked to the local sheriff and an attorney? Since it was your trailer on consignment the bank has to release those funds regardless of money owed to them
