help....I'm stranded
Hey guys....I need help....
I'm stranded in McAlester. My alternator is bad and I'm stuck in the hotel next to Wal-Mart off 69. I dont have anything I can get my serp. belt off with. I'm stuck till in the morning. If there is anyone that can help please lemme know. Jess F.

Thanks man.....
I was on my way back home from Texas when this happened. I noticed about 10:30 last night. I'm glad I stopped for food otherwise I'm afraid I'd be stuck on the side of the road in the middle of no where....

If you are close to Walmart You could go over and get a 1/2" ratchet I think that is all you need to release the tensioner for the surp belt. It may be 3/8 but if you check it that will be redily apparent I would think.
 Do you have tool to remove the alt?
