A few pics from my trip

My girlfriend and I took a little trip to Wyoming in my Jetta the last week. We made it home safely despite some jack azz rear ending me. (pics and story below)
I ended up driving 3800 miles total, most of it was highway miles. I averaged 44 mpg for the whole trip

I used about 86 gallons of diesel averaging $2.47/gal costing a lilttle over $200 bucks. The same trip would have cost over $600 in the SD.

I had alot of fun, I met Nick and Craig in Colorado Springs and had a beer with them.

I got to drive my uncles 1975 Bricklin out to eat one night.
None of the pictures of my driving it turned out though

so here is what they look like.
It was a pretty cool car, it even had a ford motor in it

I spotted this on I-80, Im sure it was completely safe, but I didnt stick around it very long

I had just got of the interstate in Salina KS, I was on the off-ramp behind a Chevy Tahoe that was sitting at the stop sign. All of a sudden this truck just slams into me. When it hit me it caused my car to hit the Tahoe

The jetta held up pretty well IMO

It shoved the right side of the Tahoe's bumper in pretty good, It looked worse in person than the picture shows.

beautiful state. i would love to go there sometime. sorry to hear about your car. awesome mpg's by the way. glad to see you guys had fun tho. how do them bricklin cars run? dont they have like 302's or something in them?
