Weight
Seems theres a small issue with the 08 trucks....they are HEAVY....I dont know what a stock CCSB weighs, but my lifted CCSB weighed 8750 with me in it and I weigh 230lbs.
As more and more 08+ Fords get involved wonder whats going to happen |

They are all heavy, my 2000 Ex cab short bed weighs about 7500 without me in it and low on fuel.

Thats ok, its under the 8000lb rule....mine on the other hand is not....and from what I understand NO 08 CCSB is under the 8000lb limit.

Pretty heavy, I think the excursions are about 9200lbs.

when i drove to a scrap metal drop off place, i weighed out around 6300lbs. dont exactly remember but thought that was light compared to the nbs and the 08s.

Pahrump when you pulled at the DHRA event did they not have a weight restriction or dod they even check weight?

I have been wondering this myself.
I guess you are just going to have to pull for fun instead of competition.

They are heavy. In the spring we have weight limits on our roads. The road I live on has a 4 ton limit. I just laugh when I drive over it. As I'm sure I'm at 10000 with the family and gear in the truck
