i did it again this past month and did 4lo 3rd and seemed perfect. build your boost to around 15 and let her buck, you want to do a boosted launch.

Don't want to start a new thread so I'll hijack this one.

Will be doing my first pull with my F350 this friday. Have not pulled for over six years or so. I used to pull my ol' 67' F250.

But was kind of shocked reading the rules and looked at the classes. And the stock diesel class is set at 8500lb's! Now I'm scambling to find some weight to borrow. Are most stock classes running at that weight these day's?

the ones i did were 8000lbs so 8500 sounds about right.
