Sled Pulling Hitch

Hello all. I am looking to pull my truck next month and I was wondering what type of hitch I will need to hook up? I saw at tractor supply they have a lunette ring but it has only a 2.5 inch ID. The place where the pull is at says it needs atleast a 3 inch ID. Where can I find one? Also, I have a pintle hitch, are those allowed?

I was at a truck pull this weekend and I saw a few trucks with pintle hitches pulling the sled.

A few guys had something like this too.

Pintle, some no, some yes. It depends on the promoter. Farm supply for the 3" ring. Then you can make it from there. Here is mine:
