wheel hop
I need help eliminating the front axle hop on my 2008 F350. I cant go over half throttle without it hopping really bad. My set up is 4" Rancho lift, RS9000 shocks (set as stiff as they will go), and 35" BFG all terrains. All of my front end parts are in good shape, and alignment is right on.
I had a 2005 Superduty with a 4" lift previously and it did the same thing. I cannot make a clean pull with my truck, as soon as I get into the throttle, it hops. Any one have any suggestions? 4-link and dual shocks? I need help asap |

4 link or for a quick fix just put a shock from the front axle forward to the frame in a 60% angle. But dont tell anyone you learned this from a dodge guy.

Do some reasearch on axel wrap ,youll find some ways to eliminate it with traction bar setups same thing happens to drag racers ,its when the axel /springs load and unload ,good luck
