Sanctioning body?
I live in upstate NY near Albany and would like to get into the tractor pulls this coming summer at the Fonda Fair. How do I know what the sanctioning body for this competition is or at least the sanctioning body for other pull events in this area? I am interested in reading the rules. What class would I be in?
