Hookin to the sled for the first time
Any suggestions woulld be greatly appreciated. Just wonderin what gear i should use. I was thinkin 4lo drive and let the tranny do the work. I'm just doing this as an exhibition run because in the rules of the pull, you can't have air bags or suspension blocks and your suspension overloads must flex at least 1 in. and I have bags. Here's a link to the rulesOgemaw County Fair click on 2009 Truck & Tractor pulls and scroll to the second page. I have Firestone Destination M/Ts and the mods are in my sig. I will be running the Looney tune. Last year a stock duracrap beat everybody
So this year I just want to show everyone what a tuned 6.0 can do.

Most places allow for the air bags by having you unhook the air lines to them. I pulled in second 4lo and didn't get enough wheel speed. So next time it will be 4 hi. Just remember to have the front end engaged.
