watch Palmetto State Armory for .556/.223 it is still outrageous, but they throw a decent deal every once in a while. They ran a special last week. $39.00 per 100 box. Not bad $390.00 per 1k isn't too bad lataly, but still out of hand. Get in thier mailing list and they send emails all the time with specials.

I like Raul was stocked up before the crap hit the fan. Buying bulk ammo is hard to come by. When you see it you gotta jump on it quick. I check the gun forums daily.

My house.

J/K - things ARE getting better. After the anti gun lobby took a political hit things started looking a bit better. Things in TX sucked for a bit too but we could always hit Academy on shipment days and just get a few boxes.
I still don't get to shoot like I used to because of it but I do see it coming around.
