CDL stainless fluted 30-06 in a Hogue stock with a 2.5-10 Nikon Monarch
CDL in 243 Win with a Leupold VX-II 2-7

My personal favorite is not on here cause it's in my truck during deer season SPS in 270 Win with the deatchable magazine and a Leupold VX-III 2.5-8

Its a 7.82 lazzeroni warbird. Its a .30 caliber proprietary cartridge made by Lazzeroni. Its parent case is the .416 rigby. I chrony'd it last spring at 4085 fps. Its the fastest production .30 cal in the world. Its a Savage precision model 12 single shot target action with the accutrigger mated to a 32" bartlein fluted barrel with a 1:11.25 - 1:11 progressive twist 1.25" straight taper floated barrel, ftp muzzle brake, sharp shooter's supply black on black wood stock with adjustable cheek piece and custom length of pull, glass bedded, 3/8" recoil lug, go+.001" chamber, badger base, night force scope rings, and topped with a burris black diamond 6-32x50 scope.

What do I use it for? Conceal and carry! Sorry, I mean Prarie dogs! Lol! Its really my long range 1000+ yard target rifle. Im going to try to shoot a deer with it though just to see what it does.

Ill get some more pics of my collection when I get time. My swift ackley is still being built and my 6.5 creedmore is still a crappy remington sps varmint 22-250 right now. (Nothing against your guns but this thing is a far cry from the quality remington used to put out)

I know this seems like a repeat of another thread but that one is geared toward semi autos and pics of full collections. I wanted this one to be more hunting and target bolt guns. If you hunt with a semi auto that's cool. Also if you have a target let's see some load data and targets! Ill get what I can posted up.

SO is the warbird the long Magnum I know Lazzeroni makes two 30 cals. the patriot and the warbird can't remember which is which. and what weight bullet are you pushing that fast? How hard on your barrel is it?

I've never shot 1000 yards one day I hope to. I do have lots of trigger time at 400 and a little at 600, but I don't have anywhere I can reach out to 1000

Its the long magnum. I edited my first post with the load. 155gr scenar bullets with 110 grains of reloader 25. That is NOT my target load. That is my fun load. Normally its 175gr Match Kings with 98 grains of reloader 25 going 3650. I want to get some 220's for better long range b/c.

Yeah that's the great thing about the lazzeroni. Its not about pushing small bullets super fast. Its about being able to push heavy bullets moderately fast. Heavier bullets retain velocity farther out. That's what gives you great accuracy at long range. I've never tried the bergers but I might. The heavier bullets also give better barrel life. 1000 to 1100 rounds per barrel vs 500 or so.

who wouldn't want both bigger AND faster
