i heard of one group that sued the family of a military man for disrespecting there right to freedom of speech and won. the judge and the group protesting should sit down and think of why they have that right. let me see any group protesting a military funeral. it will probably be the last one they do

Aman brother, I have never been so upset at something like this...... They were carrying signs yesterday that said the Miners are in Hell............
I read that the Father of the marine sued them over protesting at the funeral, he won $5million, then an appeals court over turned it, now it is going to supreme court.
And they fined the dad like $16,000 for infringing on the groups freedom of speech, said hundreds of thousand of Americans volunteered to pay his fine.

I truly can't believe it..........

They were protesting at the WV state capital yesterday, they said they were going to the mine...... The WV State Police advised them at that point all they could do for them was pick up their bodies.........

Our jobs are very important, no matter what anyone may think or say;
They keep everyone living their lives, in the most comfortable of ways.

In spite of all that has happened, you should all think of it this way;
Without us Massey miners, your life would be much darker in many ways.

So remember the Massey miners, be they young or be they old;
They risk their lives each day, so you’re never forced to brave the cold.

Now next time you want to bash our miners, or have negative things to say,

I did read the main church was from Kansas, but unfortunately the group here came from Texas. I couldn't believe it either.........
Not condeming the ORG Texas brothers. I just couldn't believe they said these idiots were from Texas.........

They came up to a small town here in VT last year to try and protest a military funeral in a very small town out in the sticks. The townspeople put road closed signs up at all entrances to the town and stood there with guns while the funeral was going on so that the WBC F'ERs couldn't get to the funeral. The WBC members said they were going to walk to the funeral or have the people arrested, the townspeople proceeded to respond by saying if they crossed the town line they would kill each an every one of them and no one would miss them. They never got to the funeral, they went home quietly!!
