ar scope help
I have a nikon 3x9x40 scope and want to mount it on my colt m4, but the objective of the scope hits the forend. I want to be able to use my scope and back up iron sights is this possible using this scope. Do i need some special type of rings or something.

here is a pic of mine... i can take off the covers on my rail system and move my optics up more forward so that it allows me to have rear flip up sights or i can just remove the 3X magnifier behind the optics and fit it in there

They have high, med. and low mount rings that mount to a picatinny rail.

Can you remove the carry handle?

No pics sorry. Ok where your quadrail is at i have the stock forend and it sits up higher than your quad rail. I want to put a hunting type scope on mine and it hits my forend. Is there high scope rings i can use and still use my iron sights.
