BEAR!

Instead of sitting down to a hot supper tonight, my youngest son called from about 10 miles up in the mountains that he needed some help. It took 4 of us over 2 hours to get it to the truck. Weight to come...Stephen is on the way to the cooler with it now.

Yeah we are guessing 250+ just based on the pics. Hard to get perspective though. Either way, lots of good stew meat and burger.

nice kill my weekend in the woods ended with hearing rattling off in the distance and watching a lot of squirrels. too damn windy! all the deer bedded down too soon and weren't budging
