Why can't people drive?

Seriously? How hard is it to drive a freakin' car? Last night on my way home, I was passed by two engines, two medics, and 6 cops. I was the 3rd person in line of about 1,000 to stop on the highway and stay stopped. Two douches decided they was gonna race on the highway going about 120MPH, and somehow they hit each other, and then totally smacked a car on the side of the road. Rolled her car and sent her to the hospital via care flight w/ life threatning injuries. Both those tools went my ambulance. I sat there for THREE FREAKING HOURS!!!!

Then this morning some teenage girl prolly texting ran a red light, rear-ended another car and ended up ontop of it! Sometimes I'm glad I drive a tank, if I get hit the other persons car will be totaled and they are going to the hospital.

Since I work in a camp I don`t get to follow my local news too much, but I did hear of one thing. A month or so back a teen girl was txting on her phone while driving. She didnt notice a construction zone and ended up running into a worker on the side of the road and killing him.

Another thing is the first snowfall of the season. people forget how to drive in the snow! My usual drive from my house to the GF takes maybe 20min. I will admit that this was in morning rush hour so a bit longer is understood, but it took me 2 hours! In the roughly 3 hour time frame for rush hour there were 167 accidents called into 911.

Freakin idiots! Camp life sucks, but for 20 days out of the month I am safe from the moronic masses who cant drive.

I was trying to get over last night to turn into my complex, and these idiots kept purposely making it so I couldn't get over. They kept their speed to my truck, so I couldn't switch lanes

So now I am about to pass my turn because of these idiots. So I thought and just decided to switch lanes with them next to me I just kept moving them over with my truck, just pushing them. I pushed them into the turn lane, then they got all pissed and floored it, making the classic fart noise in the process

By the way, I didn't ever hit them I just got close.

what pisses me off the most is, we did an ALS transport of a Pt. who was 75, and who now cant walk and has a trach tube because some dumbass kids were racing and blew a light right into her car.....

It just erks me. But yes it is job security. As my EMS teachers say, people are stupid, and they always will be stupid. I can't wait to get a stupid ricer kid in my medic. :evil1:
