It looks false and the fact I can't find it on the Senate site leads me to believe it is false also. Handgun Safety and Registration Act

Its an old bill that the left tried to get past YEARS AGO!!!!!

It never flew.

A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
The People of a free country should not be scared of their government, the government should be scared of their people.

That's stupid for them to tax the gun enthusiasts just because we are a smaller group than the average. Let's tax everything equally. I know fast food/obesity kills more people than bullets do. Just because it can be counted by the bullets and heart attachs and strokes don't get counted doesn't make it not true. It wouldn't even be noticeable to add a cent to federal sales tax to everything. That would get more revenue than $50 on a gun.

2001 F250 SRW Reg cab, long bed, 80k miles.
Now with DP tuner, Airaid intake and 4" Magnaflow turbo back exhaust.
