Possibly Coming to Rhode Island

Hello Rhode Islanders,

I'm hoping to get selected to attend the Naval War College up in Newport and am looking for some advice as to where to live, inspections, what to expect, etc.

My girlfriend will be coming with and will transfer her job to Providence so I'll have to live somewhere in between Providence and Newport. I know there's a toll bridge going into Newport and am curious if i'll qualify for the resident EZ pass.
