We are located in Connecticut, so a bit far for local pick-up!
CREE is only the manufacturer of the specific LEDs used in the product, they do not make the bulbs themselves. Manufacture of the bulbs is here in CT.

Is this an updated bulb or something cuz last time I asked and checked I was told something has to go in line in the wiring to prevent a hyper flash turn signal light on the dash??

It is a new version bulb, but it is for REVERSE lamp use only, and in a few makes/models of vehicle maybe daytime running lamps. These are not designed nor intended for turn signal use.
