Autocorrect strikes again! Hard wire (right?). You can via splicing if you want to.

I spliced the wires with diagrams found online, however the high beam only works when pushing the switch forward to lock into the position rather than pulling back to flash. It is the bi-xenon kit

Can't guarantee what you found online there is going to be correct unfortunately, and it would seem a wire is not in the right place/configuration there by the sound of it.
Please EMAIL ( sales@retro-solutions.com ) us with the wire colors (each side) that you have setup now and we'll help you get that straightened out there!
