So what's the process of getting a SCT with custom tunes? And also to do you buy the module and then buy custom tunes?

What you have to do is call one of the vendors like DJ's or Innovative or whomever. Order the tuner, they ship it to you blank. When you get it you plug into your OBD 2 port to get your PCM code. Then you call the vendor with your code and what tunes you want, and they email them too you. Once you get the email you download them on the SCT with a USB cord.

I think that about covers it

You have to go to SCT Flash Devices - MORE Power . . . Period! and download liveload - it's the program to take the files from your email and put them on your SCT...

the above is the most common and probably the cheapest way to go.....BUT you can also buy the tuner seperate....and then purchase the files from the tuners too. I dont nessicarely think this is the cheapest way to go but its an option....
