6.0 problems

I have an 2003 6.0 Powerstroke. This is my first diesel truck and at the time i bought it i didn't realize that the 6.0 is a problematic motor. Right now the truck is on it's third turbo which apparently is going down again. I was coming from the lake this past weekend pulling my boat when it started sputtering intermittenly on a mountain much the same as it had before when it tore up. The question I have now is whether to keep the truck or trade it for something different. What do you diesel guys out there think about this motor? Is it going to be a constant headache?

the 03 trucks were a bad year for the 6.0's. i cant believe your on your third turbo. i had a 03 before and had to replace the turbo once. imo i would sell it and get a newer one. 05's were good years for the 6.0

Looks like selling is going to be my best option. This truck has almost turned me against Fords even though I've always been a Ford man!
