I'm still not getting them either....
but mine come daily about 1:02 or 2:02 AM everyday without fail, until a few days ago. So if it is fixed I won't find out until tonight at work...

Sorry, I misspoke there.I have not been getting my emails on my instinct like I usually do, but I just checked my e-mail on the desktop, and everthing seems to be working fine with my e-mail. My problem is the link between my e-mail acct and my phone.
