Cant PM
I went to PM someone and it said that I couldnt PM anyone since it was shut off. I tried to find the problem but couldnt any ideas

You need to go to usercp, edit options, enable private messaging. That should bring back your pming ability. If that does not work, get one of the mods or admin guys to help you out.
