Sorry guys meant to post back up what we had found out! Basically if I remember right the search function won't change as its part of the software package from vbulletin. There is a fine line with the search funtion it can literally take the server down, so basically in a nutshell its set up to be less accurate so its a less server intensive task! Sorry all, but it is what it is for now
