Shout Box
The shout box is missing! I have noticed that several times after logging in it is not there. Are we having issues again?

It was about 2/3 way down the forums page it just let you say what was on your mind. :edit: No mods or admins right now either.

It looks like we are going through some sort of site upgrade. Every time I hit refresh something else appears different.

Yeah, something is going on. No Shout Box for me either and the banner ads for the sponsors are just text just below the top banner.
Also, the quick reply is not showing up on the bottom. I thought that might be because I am on my iPhone...but it used to be there.
