7.3 staring problems

I have a 1999 f 250 with 234000 miles I replace the water pump and radiator I try to star the truck before I put antifreeze it star for about 5 sec then it die and it didn't star after that any idea of what is wrong with it

starting

did you dry start it with no water or antifreeze?

Yes I did and it run for about 5 sec then it didn't start after that

oh....

I'm no expert but I would presume it is seized up due to overheating

iYes I spray some staringfluid and it started for about 3 sec and it die again I didn't want to do it again because they say staring fluid its bad for ur motor

You'd think there was still enough fluid in the block to not really damage much.
1. Does it crank like it normally did before?
2. Do you get a WTS light with the key on?

Ok.
Does the WTS light come on with key on?
When the key is turned on and the fuel filter is out of the bowl, does it fill up with fuel?
After cranking a bit, is there still oil in the HPOP reservoir?
