08/6.4l diesel running bad

180,000km on truck no issues till now,truck started to idle bad last week to the point of heavy knock and no power,turned off and restarted ran fine.now everytime I sit and idle truck shakes with poor idle but runs fine for the most part if you just start and drive,if you ruff idle for more than a minute you have no power and have to shut truck off and restart and go.drive 350km non stop on regular bases might feel a chug in engine once or twice on drive usually on a hill but will go away if you accelerate.Any Ideas (injector? sensor? truck has thrown no service engine light).Ive had all filters and fluids changed no difference.
