6.4L starting problems

have an 08 F350 120k miles. A year ago i put a mini max in and s&b cold air intake and sinister delete kit on. The truck is awsome! Only a month ago had to get new key fobs and extra key. They programed it(auto start) and everything was fine. Today TCS dummy light is on and truck wont start at all..NOTHING. Everything comes on lights radio auto steps windows and all. I checked all the fuses. went under it and jumped the starter wires and it will start but turn it off and it won't start again...does anyone have any ideas??!!
