I have a 2003 F250 super cab with a 6.0 liter diesel engine @ 64,000 miles we put 4 ijnectors in it a week later another injector went downreplaced it and the altinator 1 month later another injector split burned a hole in the piston ford put in a short block and the injector at the same the last 3 old Injectors were replaced which makes a total of 9 injectors. my first trip after the rebiuld was to south carolina on the way home truck started smoking pulled over had it towed back to colorado springs it was another injector so we replaced it and the fuel pump they thought it might be the problem in early nov coming up from texas it went down again 2 injectors this time and a new short most likely the truck now has 92,000 miles on it
