well I clicked on garage and it said I do not have permission to view this page?????????? HELP

When I go to look at other peoples garages it say there are pictures, but often doesn't show any. (not even little links)

Hmm Im getting the little red x in the corner, but if I click on the pic that should be there it does come up. Definately somthing not right. I will see what we need to do to fix it  Is anyone else having problems with the garage or gallery?
