7.3 replace 6 litre ???

Can you replace an 03 6litre in a F250 with a 7.3 And what is involved ??

LOTS!!!! basically everything to make the engines run need to be swapped out... wireing harness. computer, IDM, ect.... then change the crossmember because the motor mounts are different... also have to change drivetrain... trans, driveshafts, transcase, ect....

Where do you find a kit and what year cummins fit ?? Do you have to change the tranny ???

YOu would be better off kepping the 6.0 or doing a Cummins swap.

there are lots of places like... destroked.com, and others i cant think of right now... do a google search. you can use the stock trans or switch to another trans
