1999 Ford F-350 Tribute Truck - Standin' Proud

Since we all know how patriotic the ORG is this article found by GoosedF350 on Diesel Power Magazine is a must see.

1999 Ford F-350 Tribute Truck - Standin' Proud
A Super Duty Tribute To Our Troops
By Trevor Reed
photographer: David Kennedy

This '99 Ford F-350 is not just a pretty show truck that sits on a stage, it's also a rolling tribute to the soldiers we have lost during Operation Iraqi Freedom. The Super Duty is owned by Matt Jones of Stewardson, Illinois, and can be seen smoking all four tires simultaneously when the crowds of admirers give him enough room to drop the hammer on his 7.3L Power Stroke engine.

That's one awesome truck!!! I love that paint job!!! It makes me proud to see when people support the troops. This should be on the news instead of the other crap they are playing most of the time!!

I have seen this truck up close and personal! I must say it is one of the most beautiful pieces of artwork I have ever seen. Speaking as a military mother and the the sister of a soldier who is no longer with us, it makes me proud to see such a tribute to our men and women in uniform! Thanks goes out to ALL the men and women in the armed forces!
