Ford definatly has the customer in mind when they build their trucks. This interview just shows how personal they are with their customers. Also their websites are wasyto navigate and obviously had a lot of time and money go into them. Chevrolet should take notes.... I havnt seen much if any marketing for their new 2011 trucks. they are behind and may not catch up...
