I just got back from Moabi. I spent the whole day down there, and cruising back and forth from Havasu London Bridge area. Moabi is a nice setup. has a nice concrete boat launch area. And plenty of sandy beach areas. ( I didn't even think to take pics.. but 78south pretty much covered it.) Its also located nicely for trips to havasu, its only about a 20-25 min ride clippin at about 30mph from Moabi. Spring break is alreday kicking off at Havasu, and there was a lot of "talent" out there. It was about 90 today, but the water was a chilly 60. I'd be down to join you guys out there. But I'd be either tent camping or make it a day trip since I don't have a trailer. I'd At least get out there so Rodney can take the 215 RXT for a "spin". And so I could meet some of you guys.

If we reserve the three nights and people just want to stay two, can we cancel the third night?

Somehow I don't think tent camping at Moabi will be as bad as Pismo. I will probably have some beds available like the last time. We'll see when it gets closer. My daughter mentioned she might like to go and I'll talk to my son.

If the facilities aren't very nice or near, at the very least, your welcome to them. With full hookups that won't be a problem.

Is there a limit on the amount of tents you can have per site?

Though I have never used them I think there are showers at the main area of the park. Also, there are only partial hookups (electric and water). However, there is a dump station in the park.

Well I guess there won't be unlimited use then. At least I don't have to haul that 900 lbs of water. Do they have 50 amp service, so I will be able to run both ACs?

Well I called to reserve some sites, but she said all 10 were still available for those dates. I just want to make sure everything is right before I book mine. Did you book yours yet Jerry?
